We ship all orders Monday - Friday and excluding holidays and weekends. Any order placed past 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following business day.

At checkout, you can choose which option for shipping that suits you best. We offer USPS for all US orders.

We currently do not ship internationally.

We love that worn in look so don’ t be afraid to let your Rellebee bag get some wear and tear. It's what makes leather so great.

If you spill oil on your bag wipe it up with a clean, dry cloth. Do not add water. The spot should fade and dissipate with time.

For minor scratches just rub out lightly with your finger. Spots and smudges, rubbing gently with a damp cloth should do the trick.
